FAQ-Employment Law

I was fired from my job after I complained about my supervisor. Is there anything I can do?

ANSWER: Depending on the factual circumstances and the nature of your complaint, you may have a wrongful termination case stemming from unlawful retaliation by your employer. Although Massachusetts is an “at will” employment state, employees are protected against unlawful termination whether it was motivated by discrimination, harassment, or retaliation in response to a valid complaint by the employee. If you believe you were wrongfully terminated after complaining about your supervisor, call us to discuss your case and how you can fight back.
